These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of mobile applications developed by Sabeena Tech(“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or using our applications (“Apps” or “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.
You may use our Apps solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to misuse, modify, reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Apps.
All content, features, and functionality in the Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — are the exclusive property of Sabeena Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
Copy, modify, or create derivative works
Distribute, resell, or sublicense the App
Reverse-engineer or extract source code
Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
The Apps are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or availability
We do not guarantee that the Apps will function uninterrupted or be free of errors or bugs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sabeena Tech shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Apps, even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Loss of data
Device malfunction
Application performance issues
You agree not to use the Apps for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
Violating any local, national, or international law
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Apps
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Apps or its related systems
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Apps or these Terms at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pakistan.
