1. Knowledge: One should focus on gaining enough knowledge related to one's domain. Being in HVAC industry, one should always look to increase one's knowledge about HVAC Products available in market, HVAC or Airconditioning brands manufacturing AC units, HVAC industry trends, as in what all new opportunities are being created in HVAC market.

2. Skills: After Knowledge, skill development or art of doing things is the area to focus on. In HVAC domain, one should aim for excellence in whatever one is doing. As a technician, one should aim for giving one's best repair or installation and learning from previous experiences. Same is true for Project supervisor or manager, one should maintain proper reports/logs / reports to keep getting better and better in managing HVAC projects and get good results.

3. Attitude : As it happens, some very knowledgable and skillful people lag behind professionally, just because they miss out on attitude front. Though Attitude is a vast topic, but with respect to HVAC industry, "being in learning mode", "being open for feedback" and "focussing on end result rather than upfront hurdles", are some of the key-notes, one should follow, to get positive outcomes and growth.
