Hello!
I am Saandra, a first-year PhD student at Bocconi.
I hold a master's in economics and a bachelor's in computer science from BITS Pilani, India.
Before starting my PhD, I worked as a research assistant at the Centre for Economic Performance, LSE where I worked with Stephen Machin and Matteo Sandi on projects related to education and youth crime in the UK.
I am broadly interested in applied microeconomics, specifically the economics of education. I am also interested in the application of methods from computer science to answer questions in economics.
