Swedish Massage - 30 minutes - £25, 1 hour £40

Swedish massage uses the application of medium pressure. The techniques are designed to improve your circulation, soothe your muscles and make you feel more relaxed. Softer strokes are used on the bonier and more delicate parts of the body, and stronger strokes where there is thicker muscle coverage.

Sports & Remedial Massage - 30 minutes - £30, 1 hour - £50

Sports & remedial massage is a deep tissue massage used to break down muscle adhesion (knots) all over the body. 

Sports massage is applied with stronger pressure to get right into the problem areas easing tension from high intensity activities or injuries relating to sports or day to day muscular injuries. It is used to help prevent injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition, and to help athletes recover from workouts and injuries.

Relaxing Massage - 30 minutes - £25, 1 hour £40

Relaxing massage is a therapeutic massage. The treatment helps relieve muscle and joint tension and assists with easing tightness. It is recommended for improving the lungs and circulatory system (blood pressure) and improving your sleep and mood patterns.

How do Anti-Wrinkle Injections work?

Anti-wrinkle injections are a safe and effective treatment for fine lines and wrinkles. Botox injections reduce the appearance of lines and wrinkles by blocking the signals between the nerves and the muscles. This reduces muscle contractions and softens the appearance of lines and wrinkles, giving you a refreshed look.

Please note, all new patients must attend a separate face to face consultation a minimum of 48 hours prior to treatment.

What areas can be treated?

The forehead, frown lines, crows feet/smile lines, chin dimpling, downward smile, jaw slimming/ masseter muscles, nefertititi neck lift, lip flip, smokers lines, gummy smile, nose tip lift, bunny lines, brow lift and hyperhidrosis are the areas that I can treat with anti-wrinkle injections.

Are there any side effects?

These injections have proven to be safe and effective for cosmetic use, and risks associated with them are very rare. 

There may be slight swelling and/ or bruising at the injection site, but there is very minimal downtime with this treatment. Avoid touching or massaging the area for the rest of the day. Avoid exercise and sauna or steam rooms for 24 hours.

How long do the results last?

You can expect to see results between 4 to 7 days. The best results can be seen around 14 days. The results from your anti-wrinkle treatment should last between 2 and 4 months.

To achieve a more natural look, I would rather inject you with less and have you back in for a top up to avoid the frozen look.

All top ups must be completed within 2 weeks of the initial treatment.

Dermal Filler Treatments

Dermal fillers are a regenerative treatment used to define and enhance the face using hyaluronic acid. These fillers can be used on the lips and nasolabial lines to restore volume and refresh the face.

Dermal filler is made from hyaluronic acid, which is a naturally occurring substance found throughout the body. It has hydrating properties because it attracts and retains water.

Benefits of Lip Fillers:

Lip fillers can give you plumper, fuller lips and a more defined smile. They can provide a better balance to enhance your facial features giving you a more youthful appearance.

Is there any down time?

Bruising and swelling can occur after having fillers, but this should subside within 7 days, generally there is little to no downtime following treatment. Avoid touching or massaging the area for 24 hours after treatment.

How long will fillers last?

Depending on the area treated, your results should last between 6 to 18 months, after which you will need a touch up. The filler is broken down and absorbed by the body, so you will need to repeat treatments to maintain your results.

Profhilo Treatments

Profhilo produces collagen in the skin via the slow release of hyaluronic acid. This results in youthful, plump and hydrated skin.

This process is referred to as bio-remodelling. Profilo is strategically injected into the upper layers of the skin with a very small needle.

It effortlessly disperses into the skin where it has a 'scaffolding' effect on the tissues.

Hydration and bio-remodelling begins.

It is commonly used on the facial area but can also be used to rejuvenate the neck, decollete, arms, knees and hands.

Is there any down time?

There is no downtime.

Immediately after the procedure, you can see small bumps, (much like an insect bite or a bee sting), at the site of the injection.

These can take up to 24 hours to settle. There is a risk of bruising.

Due to the innovative injection technique used during a Profhilo treatment, only 5 small injections are needed on each side of the face, meaning that the treatment is quick and comfortable.

How long will Profhilo last?

For best results, 2 sessions based 4 weeks apart is recommended.
