Department/ Division: Enhancement and Strengthening of Power Network in Eastern Region (ESPNER) Project
Responsibilities: Project Management of Package-2 of ESPNER Project. That includes-

1. Led the implementation of a 104 million USD High Voltage Transmission Line Project, overseeing procurement, design, quality control, and payment approvals
2. Communicating with contractors, consultants, the power ministry, and the World Bank for seamless collaboration
3. Facilitated streamlined communication between subordinates and senior management, contributing to the efficient workflow and successful completion of the project
