Registration to SA2025 is done via the google form available here and it closes on the 5th of January 2025.
If you are interested in contributing with a talk, follow these steps to submit your abstract:
Download the two .tex files needed here.
Modify ONLY the "template_sa2025.tex" following the comments within.
To see the .pdf output, compile "compiled_abstract.tex" without modifying it. The resulting .pdf file should be at most 1 page long.
Once you are satisfied with the .pdf result, rename the "template_sa2025.tex" file as "lastname_sa2025.tex where "lastname" is your lastname.
Attach ONLY "lastname_sa2025.tex" to the corresponding question in the registration form.
