Registration and Abstract Submission

Registration to SA2023 is done via the google form available here and it closes on the 8th of January 2023.

If you are interested in contributing with a talk, follow these steps to submit your abstract:

1. Download the two .tex files needed here.

2. Modify ONLY the "template_sa2023.tex" following the comments within.

3. To see the .pdf output, compile "compiled_abstract.tex" without modifying it. The resulting .pdf file should be at most 1 page long.

4. Once you are satisfied with the .pdf result, rename the "template_sa2023.tex" file as "lastname_sa2023.tex where "lastname" is your lastname.

5. Attach ONLY "lastname_sa2023.tex" to the corresponding question in the registration form.
