1. Introduction

Contacts & Phone Calls is designed to provide contact management and phone calling features. This Privacy Policy explains what permissions the App uses, what information it may access, how that information is used, and how it is protected.

2. Permissions We Use

The App may request the following permissions:

• Internet & Network Permissions: Used for network connectivity and supported online functionality.

• Notifications: Used to provide call, contact, and other relevant notifications.

• Phone & Call Permissions: Used to make and manage phone calls, access call-related information, and support phone-call functionality.

• Call Log Permissions: Used to read and manage call history as required for supported call-management features.

• Contacts Permissions: Used to read, add, edit, and manage contacts within the App.

• Foreground Service & Phone Call: Used to maintain active phone-call functionality while the App is running in the background.

• Full-Screen Intent: Used for full-screen call interfaces and important incoming-call experiences.

• Wake Lock: Used to keep the device active when required during calls or important call-related operations.

• Bluetooth Permissions: Used to support compatible Bluetooth devices during phone calls.

• Phone State: Used to detect relevant phone/device states required for calling functionality.

• System Alert Window: Used for supported floating or call-related interfaces.

• Launcher Permissions: Used for supported launcher, home-screen, widget, wallpaper, app-management, and status-bar functionality.

• App Queries: Used to identify compatible contact, messaging, and launcher applications for supported actions.

Depending on the features you use, the App may access:

• Contact names, phone numbers, and other contact information.

• Call-related information and call history.

• Phone/device state required for calling features.

• Information necessary to interact with compatible calling, messaging, contact, and launcher applications.

• Information required for notifications, active calls, and supported launcher functionality.

4. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not intentionally collect or sell personal information unrelated to the App's functionality. Information accessed through permissions is used only to provide and support the requested features.

5. How We Use Information

Information accessed by the App may be used to:

• Manage contacts.

• Make and manage phone calls.

• Display and manage call history.

• Support incoming and ongoing call interfaces.

• Provide relevant notifications.

• Support Bluetooth calling functionality.

• Provide launcher and home-screen features.

• Maintain required functionality while the App is active or running in the background.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell users' personal information. Information accessed through Contacts, Call Logs, Phone, or other sensitive permissions is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide a requested feature, comply with applicable law, or operate required technical services.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use necessary third-party Android system services and APIs to provide calling, contacts, notifications, Bluetooth, launcher, and network-related functionality. These services operate according to their own applicable privacy practices.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

The App retains information only for as long as necessary to provide its features or as required by applicable law. Users may delete contacts, call-related information, or other App data through available App/device functionality. Uninstalling the App may remove locally stored App data, subject to Android device behavior and backups.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for purposes unrelated to the App's functionality.

10.After Call Popup Feature 📞

Some of our apps may include an After Call Popup feature. This feature activates after phone calls to provide quick options such as notes, reminders, or other in-app actions.

• Data Collection & Usage:

  • The feature temporarily accesses call status and duration only to trigger the popup.

  • It does not access, collect, or store call logs, phone numbers, or contacts.

  • All data is processed locally on the device and is used only for enabling the feature.

• Permissions Required:

  • The feature requires the "Read Phone State" permission.

  • Users can manage or revoke this permission anytime from device settings, which will disable the popup.

• Data Retention:

  • All temporary call status data is deleted immediately after use.

  • No call-related data is stored or sent to our servers.

• Third-Party Sharing:

  • We do not share any personal call data with third parties.

  • If analytics or ads are integrated, they only process anonymized and non-personal data.

• User Control:

  • Users can also turn off the After Call Popup feature directly from the App Settings → After Call Settings section at any time.

  • Disabling this setting will completely stop the feature from running.

• Security & Updates:

  • We handle all temporary data securely.

  • Any significant changes to this policy will be communicated.

  • Continued use of our apps implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11.Launcher Feature

Users can set the app as their default launcher only with their consent and can change it anytime from device settings.

The launcher may display installed apps, app search, and news content for user convenience.

Access to Installed Apps

Access to installed apps is used only to display, search, and launch apps. The app does not monitor, track, or collect usage data of other apps.

Declaration

We declare that the launcher functionality, including optional news content, does not collect, store, process, or share any personal or sensitive user data and complies with Google Play policies.

12. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information accessed by the App against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
