What is a complaint?
The San Andreas State Constables (SASC) considers a complaint to be any expression of dissatisfaction or concern regarding the conduct, actions, or behavior of it’s employees of the services provided by the department. This can include issues such as misconduct, unprofessional behavior, or any other matter that affects public trust and confidence in the department.
Who can file a complaint?
Anyone can file a complaint with the San Andreas State Constables (SASC). This includes members of the public, community members, and even SASC employees who wish to report misconduct or other concerns. Complaints can be made in person, by phone, in writing, or via email.
Is filing a complaint safe?
Filing a complaint with the San Andreas State Constables (SASC) is safe. The SASC takes complaints seriously and ensures they are handled with confidentiality and professionalism. If you prefer, you can file a complaint anonymously, and the Department will investigate the matter thoroughly while protecting your privacy.
