Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham Medicine Hat. Housekeeping Attendants are responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests.
Main Duties
Make beds, change sheets, and replace towels and other linens
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, bathtubs, and showers
Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, mop floors, and clean windows as required
Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and other amenities
Empty trash cans and dispose of waste according to hotel procedures
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor
Ensure all assigned rooms and public areas meet hotel cleanliness and presentation standards
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an asset but not mandatory
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
