• Each storage unit is 4m  wide and 3m long with a lockable Roll-up door

• No power points or lights fitted currently

• The premises is fully fenced with electric fencing and there is an access controlled gate (Remote control)

• The premises is shared with a business, ensuring that there is constant presence within office hours.

• Access during weekdays to the storage unit is from 08h00 to 16h00

• Access to private self-storage units can be requested by way of appointment within the hours of 08h00 to 12h00 on Saturdays (Opening fee of R200.00 applicable)

• Units are located within the warehouse building with dedicated entrance

SAFETY:

1. Electric fencing surrounds the entire outer perimeter of the property.

2. Sufficient lighting ensures that the property is well lit at all times.

3. Each unit is equipped with a lockable door and padlock.

4. Indoor units are secured with alarm beams within the building
