A. GENERAL INFORMATION

Technical Equipment: Bringing your own laptop is highly encouraged. If using your own computer, ensure you bring all necessary adapters for connecting to the room’s projector (HDMI).

Arrive Early: Please locate your presentation room in advance and coordinate with the technical staff as early as possible — at the latest, during the break before your session. This allows staff ample time to assist with any technical issues.

B. INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRESENTERS

Individual Presentation: Each presenter has a maximum of 15 minutes, followed by the next presenter(s). After all presentations, there will be a 15-minute Q&A and discussion session. Please manage your time carefully, as session chairs will strictly enforce the allotted time.
