We reserve the right to deny service and privileges to accounts that have violated the Second Life Terms of Service, has taken direct negative actions against S2, S2 team members, or has violated our rules intentionally.
Marketplace Review Rebates are not automatic. We try to and in most cases pay rebates within a week, however, please allow us up to 3 weeks at most. If a review is not paid, please contact us.
Review rebates are paid no matter their content and rating, unless it violates the Marketplace Terms of Service.
We clarify and state all details on the product listing information. Wrong, false reviews due to failure to read information will be flagged, as per marketplace terms of service.
We try to fix all problems reported, but please be aware that in some cases, problems are caused by Second Life bugs and problems within the system.
S2 updates are free. Updates imply: minor changes, minor improvements or fixes.
Updates are supplied by the Caspervend Update service in all cases. Marketplace sales are also included in the service. We are not responsible if you opt out or mute the update service, we don't send updates individually in a manual manner.
All our products and their components are protected by law. By paying for a product you are granted permission to use that product within Second Life as intended. Permission for distribution or sale of products is not granted unless strictly mentioned. This applies to 3D Models, scripts, textures, sounds, animations, or any other component or creation made by us, as stated by any applicable United States Laws and international agreements.
S2 will supply service without distinction of race, gender, disability, orientation or age.
We do not require or give any real life information as per Second Life TOS.
All payments and purchases are done in Lindens (Second Life Currency).
All purchases are to be made using our official marketplace or our official inworld vendors.
We keep records of transactions, communications and inworld store visits. We don't share this information with unrelated parties.
Product prices and availability are subject to change.
Use of the S2 logo is not allowed unless permission is explicitly granted. S2 logo is protected by law. Clear omission is if the logo is already displayed in an object distributed by S2.
S2 products are sold with the permissions indicated on the listing or vendor. Some no-modify products can be given modify upon request. Under no circumstances products will be sold or given full perm.
Will refund full amount if a product is not as advertised. User is responsible for reading product listing and information before purchase. (Pictures do not imply that everything shown is included)
No refund if the problem is that the product does not look as on the pictures. Pictures are usually taken using advanced lights models and on high graphics settings. This does not imply false advertisement, as users are able to enjoy and see the products the same way.
Buying a product twice should not be plausible. If it does happen, the paid amount, minus the commission taken by the selling platform, will be refunded.
We won't refund products purchased by mistake, sales are final.
We will refund if the product is not working, when it should, if we can't fix it in a timely manner. (Like if it has a bug)
In the case of a refund, the Lindens will be paid to the account that purchase the product. In the case of a gift, the receiver will be paid.
We reserve the right to deny access to S2 locations inworld if the account has violated Second Life TOS, and/or our terms or rules. Region owner (landlord) might deny access to accounts without our consent or knowledge. Please let us know if this is your case.
Do not disrupt, interrupt, or cause clear discomfort to other people inside an S2 location.
Soliciting, promoting, begging, scamming, spamming, or advertising other business is not allowed.
Wasting region resources is not allowed. This includes using excessive amount of prims, generating excessive script, texture or physics lag, or filling the region avatar limit using numerous avatars.
Keep a peaceful and comfortable environment. Unnecessary noises and sounds, disruptive particles and objects are not allowed.
Follow the region rating. Mainstore is a general region and nudity and sexual content is not allowed.
Keep drama out. Fighting, violent discussions or conflicts are not allowed.
Squatting or parking avatars in a location for long periods of time is not allowed.
Follow any official signs that might add other rules for specific times and situations.
We reserve the right to block access or chat to S2 groups if the account has violated Second Life TOS, and/or our terms or rules.
Group chat must be generally kept on topic, related to S2 or S2 products in some way. Some general conversation is allowed, but please don't make it a constant thing. We try to keep the group chat overall quiet and relevant.
Non S2 advertising or promoting is not allowed unless authorized by S2. This includes other businesses, communities, groups, events, or even real life things. This could include even when answering questions, if the intent is or appears promotional.
Swearing, arguments, insults and defamation are not allowed.
Racism, sexism, religion and politics are strictly prohibited.
