CasperLet pairing is only available in products specifically advertised as CasperLet enabled/compatible.
S2 CasperLet compatible buildings will add CasperLet Tenants and Sub-Tenants automatically to the building central access control when paired to the rental unit, and will remove them once the rental is done. There is no need to add tenants to the access list inside the building manually. The access control generally controls who use the building default Doors, Windows and Lights. Some non-S2 items included might not be secured by the access control system.
CasperLet is a rental system owned and sold by CasperTech by Casper Warden.

Make sure you have the latest CasperLet version & rez the desired rental unit/box next to the building or in the same region. (One per building / rental)
Obtain the UUID of the rental unit specific for that building. For that, drag and Drop the script we included inside the box named "Say Object UUID in Local Chat (Self Deletes)" from your inventory folder to the CasperLet rental unit/box. Check local chat, you should have a "code" with many numbers and letters. Select the code and copy it (press Ctrl+C *or* right click and select copy). Don't copy the name of the CasperLet Unit, just the code after; that is that rental unit/box UUID.
Open the building inventory; Right-click the building and select "Edit". Go to the "Content" tab on the build window.
Open the notecard inside the content named "Configuration Notecard". Double click to open it.
Find the line that says CasperLet = , and delete & replace the text after "=" for the UUID you just obtained.
EXAMPLE: CasperLet = 00000000-0000-0000-000000000000
SAVE the notecard to apply changes. You may also change other access settings if desired, before saving.
Once saved, if correct, the building will confirm on local chat that the CasperLet API has been activated, will reset the CasperLet unit/box automatically and apply any active tenants and sub tenants to the access on the building.
NOTE: Tenants and Sub-Tenants added by the rental box/unit via the pairing won't appear on the building Config Notecard. They are added to the access system internally.
If you wish, add administrators or management to the building notecard list, this will always give them access to the building. Set the building access setting to owner and add people manually on the notecard for better control, or set it to group and set building active group to a management group that tenants and general public won't have access to.
Tenants and sub tenants handled by the CasperLet WON'T show on the configuration notecard. Tenants are added/removed internally.
The building will tell you when a tenant/sub-tenant is updated (added or removed) if you are on the same region at the moment.
Each rental box/unit has a different UUID. You must pair each building to a different rental box/unit.
If you change or duplicate the rental unit/box, you must redo the pairing process as the UUID always changes.
To deactivate the CasperLet pairing simply remove the UUID from the building notecard and leave blank. A confirmation will be given on chat.
If you can't find the Access Control Notecard inside the building, means that the building has been modified in an inadequate way. Building root prim must never be changed. Read your building manual for more information related to this issue.
The CasperVend pairing function is fully dependent on the CasperTech product and platform. S2 is not responsible if CasperLet stops working, is discontinued, or does not function properly due to a CasperTech bug or issue.
S2 is not responsible for support related to CasperLet, only for this pairing process. We are unable to assist you with the rental system itself.
