Synergy One Labor Service Cooperative was established & officially registered with the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) last May 23, 2024 and is fully licensed under the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Department
Order No. 174. Strategically headquartered in Parañaque City, Synergy One is a forward-looking cooperative committed to providing reliable and sustainable labor solutions across the country.
The cooperative is led by an experienced executive and management team with a combined of more than 30 years of expertise in various fields, including business management, people and client management, human resources, and finance. This leadership ensures that Synergy One is well-equipped to manage its growing portfolio of clients while maintaining strong operational and financial discipline.

One of Synergy One's most notable achievements is its partnership with the largest ground handling company in the aviation industry. This partnership spans across all major airports in the country, including the main international gateway. In just six months, Synergy One successfully deployed more than 1,000 workers, showcasing its ability to quickly respond to client needs and deliver manpower solutions on a large scale.
