My current research project focuses on the optimization of regulatory T cells (Tregs) isolation and expansion while maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). In early March 2020, Bangladesh faced the wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. I have offered my wet-lab expertise to diagnose COVID-19. Our team investigated the genomic structural functionality of SARS-CoV-2 and the epidemiological pattern of COVID-19 in Bangladesh.
For my Bachelor thesis, I joined Professor Neesse's group in University Medical Center Goettingen. After my thesis, I continued for a year with an independent project focusing on the effect of Oesteonectin (also known as SPARC) in pancreatitis severity.
