Summary

This project proposal was written by Matteson in the Fall of 2022. The proposal analyzes the gap in knowledge between Higher Education and Public schooling. Through her proposal, Matteson addresses the issues that plague the Public Education System, while framing the role of higher education in a digestible manner.
