1) ice rolling

At the start of 2022 viral tiktoks surfaced of ice rollers and they are really changing the skincare game, ice rollers are used to de-puff your face and is great in reducing fat using this every morning reduces the chance of acne and gives your face a healthy glow.

2) SPF

Weather you live somewhere hot or freezing you always need to apply SPF, using this on your face will help the risk of ageing quickly and will reduce wrinkles and although it may not look sunny it protects you from UV rays.

3) Microneedling

Micro needling is a cosmetic routine that pricks your facial skin with tiny needles this is to helps increase the production of collagen and other heeling factors through the use of needles it also helps reduce the appear of wrinkles and helps reduce the look of acne scars

4) Moisturise

No matter what always remember to moisturise your skin but most importantly your neck, your neck is the fastest ageing part of your body meaning if you don't moisturise it it will get dry and wrinkly. you must always moisturise your face if not it will effect everything else you do and if you try to wear makeup your skin will just look dry and your foundation wont sit right.

5) Wash your face

Although it sounds like an basic skincare step you need to at-least wash your face twice daily at morning and night as it helps reduce the oil and dirt build up and will reduce the risk of spots or acne, while doing this cleanse your face with your favourite cleanser as it helps to get rid of makeup residue and will help make your skin glow, Also remember to always drink water.
