Article 1 (Name)
This association is called the Saitama Prefectural Association of Frame Running .
Article 2 (Purpose)
The purpose of this association is to promote and disseminate frame runners and frame running in Saitama Prefecture, and to deepen friendship and exchange among members.
Article 3 (Business)
In order to achieve the objectives set forth in the preceding article, the Association will carry out the following activities:
1. Frame Learning Classes
2. Hosting a Frame Learning Competition
3. Providing information about frame learning
4. Activities to deepen friendship and exchange among members
Article 4 (Members)
The members of the Association are as follows:
1. Regular member: An individual with an address in Saitama Prefecture (outside the prefecture is also acceptable)
2. Supporting Member: An individual or corporation that agrees with the aims of the Association and supports its activities.
Article 5 (Membership)
Anyone wishing to join the Society must submit the required application form. In order to reduce costs, the Society only accepts applications via the Internet.
Applications for membership can be made through the application form on the Association's website.
Article 6 (Membership Fees)
There is no joining fee or annual fee for members (it is free) .
However, necessary expenses will be charged separately for holding events and seminars.
Article 7 (Withdrawal)
A member may withdraw from the Association by notifying the Association of his/her intention to withdraw.
Article 8 (Officers)
The Association shall have the following officers:
1. Chairman (1 person)
2. One Vice President
3. 3 directors
4. Accountant: 1 person
5. 1 auditor
Article 9 (Election of Officers)
Officers are elected by mutual vote of the members at the online general meeting.
The term of office for officers shall be two years, but reappointment is permitted.
Article 10 (General Meeting)
The Association will hold an online general meeting once a year.
The general meeting shall be convened by the chairman.
Article 11 (Accounting)
The Association's fiscal year shall run from April 1st of each year to March 31st of the following year.
Article 12 (Changes to the Association Rules)
These rules may be changed by resolution of the general meeting.
Article 13 (Dissolution)
The Association may be dissolved by resolution of the General Meeting.
In the event of dissolution, the Association's assets will be disposed of by a resolution of the members.
Supplementary Provisions
These rules shall come into effect on January 1, 2024.
