RZ AutoMetadata PRO ("Extension", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the Extension processes information when you use it on the Adobe Stock Contributor website.

1. Information Processed
The Extension processes the following information only when required for its features:
a. Image thumbnails
When you start metadata generation, the Extension reads image thumbnails displayed on your active Adobe Stock Contributor page. These images are used to generate titles and keywords.
b. License key
If you activate PRO features, the Extension sends your license key to our license verification service to confirm license validity.
c. API keys
You may optionally provide your own API key, such as a Google Gemini API key, to use an AI provider. API keys are stored in your browser using chrome.storage.local.
The Extension does not send your personal API keys to the developer's server. However, when you use an API provider, your browser may send the relevant API key and image data directly to that provider to process your request.
d. Extension settings
The Extension stores settings such as title limits, keyword limits, selected AI provider, and other metadata preferences.
e. Technical information
The Extension may process basic technical information required to communicate with its services, such as request status, error messages, and license verification results.
The Extension does not intentionally collect passwords, payment card details, browsing history, or unrelated website content.
f. Payment Status Information
If you choose to purchase or renew an RZ Vision license directly within the Extension, we temporarily store non-sensitive payment tracking identifiers (such as Order IDs) locally in your browser. This is strictly used to verify when your transaction is completed.
2. How We Use Information
We use processed information for these purposes:
- Generate titles and keywords for your Adobe Stock images.
- Verify and activate PRO licenses.
- Save your Extension preferences locally.
- Diagnose errors and maintain Extension functionality.
- Protect our services against abuse and unauthorized use.
- Facilitate secure license purchases and renewals via our payment provider.
We do not use image thumbnails to train AI models.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
The Extension may send information to the following services, depending on the features and provider you select:
a. Google Gemini API
If you select Google Gemini, image thumbnails and your request may be sent to Google Gemini for metadata generation. Google processes data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

b. RZ Vision API & Backend Services
If you select the RZ Vision provider or initiate a license purchase, the Extension communicates with our backend servers (http://43.157.203.140 and https://api.rzdigital.my.id) to process AI metadata generation and securely handle license status updates.
c. Firebase
The Extension uses Firebase Realtime Database to verify license keys and activation status.

We do not sell or rent personal information.
We do not share information with third parties except when necessary to provide the selected Extension features, verify licenses, comply with law, prevent abuse, or protect our rights.
d. Payment Processor (Mayar)
When purchasing or renewing a license, the Extension redirects you to a secure checkout page hosted by Mayar (mayar.id / myr.id). We do not collect, process, or store your personal financial data (such as credit card numbers or e-wallet PINs) inside the Extension. Payment processing is handled entirely and securely by Mayar.

4. Data Storage and Retention
- Image thumbnails are processed temporarily for metadata generation.
- We do not intentionally permanently store image thumbnails after processing is complete.
- API keys and Extension settings are stored locally in your browser using chrome.storage.local.
- We do not have access to API keys stored in your browser.
- License verification information may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to verify licenses, prevent abuse, and maintain purchase records.
- Temporary technical logs, if created, are deleted when no longer needed.
Actual retention periods may also depend on the third-party services selected by you. Please review their privacy policies for additional information.
5. Data Deletion
You can delete locally stored API keys and Extension settings by removing them from the Extension settings or uninstalling the Extension.

Please include enough information for us to identify your request. Do not send your API key or other sensitive information by email.
6. Security
The Extension uses HTTPS connections when communicating with supported external services. Locally stored settings are protected by the browser's extension storage mechanisms.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and using trusted API providers.
7. User Control
You control:
- Whether to start image processing.
- Which supported AI provider to use.
- Whether to provide your own API key.
- Which images are processed.
- Whether to remove locally stored settings and API keys.
The Extension does not process image thumbnails unless you activate its metadata-generation feature.
8. Children's Privacy
The Extension is not directed to children under 13. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our data practices or Extension features change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
