Rules and Regulations

• PLEASE KEEP THE TEAM LEAD INFORMED/IN THE LOOP ABOUT ALL RYVAOH RELATED ACTIVITIES AND DEVELOPMENTS AT ALL TIMES.
• All team members will be required to insert a logo in their DPs. They will send their Pic to RYVAOH_admin so logo can be inserted in their DP.
• All team members are expected to like, share, comment on all RYVAOH products. As a team player, they are also expected to like each others comments as a courtesy to other team members.
• No member will use the logo in their profile pics, every member has to use DP edited and suggested by RYVAOH_admin
• Don't share covers in the groups unless approved by RYVAOH_admin. Only admin can share freestyles..
• Share screenshots if its related to any case.
• Even festival greeting card sharing is also not allowed.
• No member will be allowed to invite or add any new members. Here he/ she can inform to admin only she will add and introduce us to new member.
• When members notice any online harassment incidence, please inform the Admin so the group can discuss and decide our next move.
• Women are strong enough to handle such incidents. We are here to provide assistance and overall guidance only. Please do not use “Bechari" word for them.
• If RYVAOH team found any objectionable (disrespectful) comment of the team member on anyone's cover in his/her past, present or future comments Team Lead will suspend his/her membership and remove from the group.
• Do not advise the victim or take any action against the perpetrator without the approval of the group
• BE RESPECTFUL ALL THE TIME. Don’t use foul language, no abusive words, no threats to ANY SM USER. Trustworthiness, honesty and sincerity in your work and when dealing with victims IS A MUST.
• Engaging in one on one arguments/confrontation/conflicts with team members or other users IS NOT ALLOWED.
• Members are expected to be available for the tasks they commit to. If members are inactive and don’t show up for their assigned tasks for 2 weeks in a row, they will be moved out of the team/group until the time they are available to perform the tasks.
• Each Team member will be required to fill out a monthly time log form with number of hours worked and a summary of RYVAOH activities undertaken that month. The link to the form will be provided by Team Lead
• All members should follow directions from the team lead. All team members will follow the decisions of Team Lead.
• All the members will monitor each others activity and will inform RYVAOH_admin immediately if they see any rules have been broken.
• Team members are required to stay up to date with the tech tools necessary to carry out RYVAOH duties
• New rules can be added in the future that all team members will have to abide by.

RYVAOH_Admin is a helpful FRIEND who can assist you against online harassment. However, we do not have the authority to prove guilt or to punish people. We can advice and assist you to deal with situations if you are being abused or harassed by someone on SM. We will stand with you for the truth. We can RAISE OUR VOICE AGAINST ANY TYPE OF ONLINE HARASSMENT with you.
