Ryousei Takano/高野 了成 Principal Research Manager at AIST, Japan
Ryousei Takano is a principal research manager at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Japan. He played a key role in the deployment and operation of the ABCI supercomputer, which integrated accelerated computing platforms with cloud infrastructure software to provide a shared utility for AI research across Japan. He is currently engaged in the development of a quantum-AI hybrid computing infrastructure. He received his Ph.D. from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology in 2008. He began his career at AXE, Inc. in 2003 and joined AIST in 2008. His research interests include operating systems and distributed parallel computing.
