Welcome to our Google Play Console Developer Account services (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and games published under our developer account on the Google Play Store.
Because our portfolio ranges from basic offline utilities and games to complex, feature-rich applications that require user accounts, data collection practices vary significantly by app. This policy outlines all potential data handling scenarios. If a specific app does not use a feature—such as account creation, location tracking, or third-party advertisements—the corresponding section of this policy does not apply to that app.
Depending on the specific application or game you have installed, we may collect or process different categories of information:
Offline and Static Apps: Simple tools, basic offline games, and static utility applications do not collect, store, or transmit any user information. These apps operate entirely locally on your device.
Account and Profile Data: For applications that explicitly require a cloud login or multi-device syncing, we collect personal identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number, account credentials, and user-generated profile information.
Device and Performance Data: Apps utilizing cloud infrastructure or backend servers may automatically collect your IP address, device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, app activity, and diagnostic crash logs to ensure stability.
Location Data: Select location-dependent apps may request permission to collect precise and/or approximate real-time geographic location data. This data is used solely to facilitate the core features of that specific app and may be accessed in the foreground or background, subject to your explicit permission.
Our applications may integrate third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) to provide core features, analytics, and monetization. These services process data independently according to their own privacy policies:
Google Play Services and Firebase: Used across multiple apps for core infrastructure, remote configurations, secure authentication, and crash monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics).
Google Analytics for Firebase: Integrated into select apps and games to analyze user behavior, session durations, and in-app interactions to help us optimize performance.
Google AdMob: Integrated into free-to-play games and ad-supported applications to serve advertisements. AdMob may process unique advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) to deliver contextual or personalized marketing relevant to you.
In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies, we disclose the specific timelines and durations for which user data is stored and retained in our systems:
Offline/Local App Data: For apps that operate purely locally on your device without server connectivity, zero user data is ever transmitted to or stored on our servers. The retention period for this data is 0 days on our systems, as we do not collect it.
Analytics and Performance Logs (Firebase & Google Analytics): Anonymized behavioral data, device diagnostics, and crash reports are automatically retained for a fixed duration of 14 months from the collection date. After this period, the logs are permanently purged from our analytics records.
Account-Based User Profiles: If you register an account in any of our applications, your personal identifiers (name, email, phone number) and account credentials will be stored securely in our active cloud databases. This data is retained continuously for the lifespan of your active account. If your account remains completely inactive for a consecutive period of 24 months, we reserve the right to automatically delete the account and purge its associated personal data.
Location Data: When collected by location-dependent apps, real-time geographic coordinates are processed immediately to fulfill the requested feature. This data is not stored permanently on our servers and is wiped or anonymized within 24 hours of the completion of your session.
Legal, Fraud, and Security Backups: Isolated application backup files and system security logs are retained for a maximum of 90 days for the sole purpose of fraud prevention, resolving security incidents, or complying with regulatory data retention laws, after which they are permanently overwritten.
In strict compliance with Google Play's User Data requirements, we provide a clear and explicit mechanism for users to control their data footprint across all apps that permit account creation:
Right to Erase: If you use an app within our developer portfolio that requires or allows cloud account creation, you have a permanent right to delete your account and all associated personal history.
In-App Deletion Pathway: You can initiate permanent account deletion directly through the application's configuration, account settings, or profile customization menu.
Web-Based Deletion Pathway: If you have uninstalled the application or prefer to request deletion via the web, you can submit an external request through our dedicated web pathway by visiting our Account Deletion Request Page.
Processing and Scrubbing Timeline: Upon submitting a deletion request (either in-app or via the web), your account infrastructure, login credentials, and all associated personal history will be completely scrubbed from our active production systems and coordinated third-party databases within 30 days. We retain information past this period only if legally mandated by regulatory compliance.
We build apps and games targeting diverse audiences. For any application or game explicitly classified under Google Play's Families Policy or targeting minors under the age of 13, we do not knowingly collect, harvest, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Any integrated advertising within these specific games uses strictly curated, age-appropriate, non-personalized ad networks compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We may periodically update this umbrella privacy policy to mirror updates in our application ecosystem or adjustments to the Google Play Developer Program Policies. Changes take effect instantly upon publication, and the updated date will be reflected at the top of this document.
