Restorative Yoga Bliss on location is all about withdrawing from everyday life to rest and recharge in a remote oasis where time stands still.
During this weekend getaway, you’ll spend your time in a cozy, secluded cabin surrounded by an abundance of nature where you can enjoy the serenity of a morning breeze on the large, open porch or watch the sunset from the comfort of a luxurious jacuzzi.
This is your time to rest, relax and renew through a daily restorative yoga practice.
If you want to get away and get lost in a good book, enrich your meditation practice, or exist quietly, there are several peaceful spots on the property for just that. From a cozy hammock in the shade to lounge chairs on the dock, overseeing the lake, just steps away from the cabin, you will find your perfect place.
I hope that your time spent in this intimate setting will leave you rejuvenated for days and months to come.

During our weekend together, I would like to offer a variety of yoga practices to support the overall theme of relaxation.
Restorative yoga is about being, not doing. During this practice, we will use a variety of props to compose soothing and quieting poses. When the body feels supported and comfortable, the mind can begin to relax.This is the perfect class to start your weekend!
This practice will blend gentle stretches and mindful movement to awaken the body. We will design the class around your immediate needs.
Yoga Nidra commonly known as yogic sleep is a form of guided meditation where the practitioner is led towards a deep conscious state of relaxation. We will begin the practice with a couple gentle stretches before settling into Savasana pose. Once the body is comfortable, I will begin to direct your awareness through different parts of the body, relaxing each part while remaining motionless. This is a perfect practice to prepare yourself for a night of more restful sleep.

Enjoy lovely views of majestic scenes of nature on beautiful Lake Hartwell.
You can choose to stay in one of the spacious single rooms (3) or share a room (1).
Bathrooms are shared with the adjacent rooms (2).
Delicious vegetarian meals will be catered by Chef Agnes of The European Table. If you have any special dietary needs, you will be able to note that on the registration form.
Coffee, tea and water will be available each morning at 7am, and throughout the day.
Smörgåsbord Style Breakfast will be served around 9:30am. This is a type of European breakfast, which offers a variety of options from fresh fruits and vegetables, to baked goods and dairy. It is served buffet-style.
Lunch will be served at 1:30pm. A detailed menu will be provided prior to the weekend.
Supper will be served at 6:30pm. A detailed menu will be provided prior to the weekend.
Yoga mats and all the necessary yoga props will be provided. We will practice on an open, green area overseeing the lake. During inclement weather, we can transition to an indoor studio.
Lake essentials such as towels, floats and lounge chairs will be provided. You can enjoy this private lake front just a couple steps aways from the cabin.

Ewa specializes in restorative yoga. Over the years, she mastered the art of creating a class in which students can let go of daily checklists, responsibilities and worries about tomorrow. Ewa carefully crafts supported poses to fit all shapes, sizes and abilities to offer the mind and body required level of comfort to relax. She compliments each pose with safe and mindful adjustments, guiding the student into a deeper state of tranquility. To maintain a peaceful state of mind, Ewa leads her students through fluid transitions. She is very creative in using a variety of yoga props from bolsters, blocks to chairs, sandbags and more. Ewa continues to study with renowned restorative teachers to elevate her restorative yoga offerings.
