When you submit any form of media, such as images, audio, video, or any recordings, including but not limited to photos, digital images, drawings, voice recordings, sound clips, image modification requests, motion graphics, video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying textual descriptions (referred to as the "Submission"), through platforms like Instagram, Telegram, Snapchat, Twitter (via tagging or direct messaging), email (sent to ryanthewizard18@gmail.com), or the website (https://sites.google.com/view/ryanthewizard), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

By agreeing to these terms, I grant permission to Ryan Ng (https://sites.google.com/view/ryanthewizard), his legal representatives, assignees, and those acting with his authority and permission to use my Submission without any payment or compensation.

I acknowledge that my Submission may be edited, copied, displayed, published, or distributed. I waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product in which my content appears. Additionally, I renounce any entitlement to royalties or other compensation related to the use of my Submission.

I grant unrestricted rights and permission to copyright and use, re-use, publish, republish, or transform my Submission, in whole or in part, in any character, form, or medium, without any limitations. This includes using my Submission under my own name or a fictitious one, reproducing it in color or otherwise, and utilizing it in various media for purposes such as illustration, video, art, promotion, and any other conceivable use.

I also grant permission for the use of any printed materials related to my Submission.

I relinquish any right to examine or approve the final product, advertising copy, whether digital or printed, or its intended use.

I release, discharge, and agree to indemnify Ryan Ng (https://sites.google.com/view/ryanthewizard), his heirs, legal representatives, assignees, and all persons acting under his authority from any liability arising from any blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or use in composite form, whether intentional or not, during the editing, processing, or publication of my Submission. This includes claims related to libel or invasion of privacy.

I understand that Ryan Ng (https://sites.google.com/view/ryanthewizard) may, at his discretion, publish or use any photograph, image modification request, story, audio, or video clip submitted by me for marketing and any other purposes, across various media platforms, without the need for prior notice or permission.

In consideration of submitting photographs, image modification requests, stories, audio, and/or video clips, I (and anyone depicted in these materials) unconditionally waive any claims to compensation, rights under copyright law, right to publicity, right to privacy, defamation, and any other common law or statutory claims in any jurisdiction.

I confirm that I have the authority to bind individuals depicted in my Submission to these release terms.

I hereby affirm that I am either over 18 years of age, a parent, or a legal guardian. I have read and understood this authorization, release, and agreement before agreeing to it. This agreement is binding on me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assignees.

I recognize that there are no time or geographic limitations on the validity or distribution of this release, and it applies to any Submission or accompanying written description.

I acknowledge that once I (the client) receive the finished product, no refunds will be provided.

I acknowledge that once Ryan Ng has initiated a project, no refunds will be issued.

I understand that Ryan Ng has the final say on aesthetic editing choices, and dissatisfaction with these choices does not warrant a partial or full refund.

I acknowledge that if I fail to complete my payment within 7 days of the initial payment, Ryan Ng is not obliged to return photos or provide a partial or full refund.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I confirm that I have read and comprehended the above release and agree to be bound by it. I release any claims against any individual or organization using my material.
