After completed Bachelors Degree in Real Estate in 2000 and a Masters Degree in Applied Finance and Investment, Ryan Kuchel initially worked in the Corporate Real Estate sector managing the real estate needs for large companies including Telstra, Department of Defence, National Australia Bank to name but a few, from both Sydney and Adelaide. Working in large Global Real Estate Agencies such as King Frank Price Waterhouse and Cushman Wakefield, Ryan acquired highly desired skill sets that learned from dealing with large multi-nationals as clients.

Eventually making his way to Dubai, in the Middle East, in 2007 Ryan established a role in a DP World Subsidiary, drawing together his knowledge and experience in the Real Estate sector, successfully developing large mixed-use developments and marketing them to the world.

From there he identified an opportunity to establish highly successful best in breed businesses in the Construction Sector and Serviced Offices, Ryan Kuchel spent over a decade in the Middle East before returning to Australia.

Since returning to Australia in 2019, Ryan Kuchel has devoted time and investment funds into mentoring start-up disruptor companies whose objectives are to solve some existing problems in the world with a heavy emphasis on Corporate Social Responsibility.

When Ryan is not busy working, he spends time with his family and on the golf course with other associates both business and friends.
