If you need any assistance with an order or if you have any questions relating to the products available on this store, simply send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as we can!
Thank you. The most important thing to me is that you're enjoying the music I create in whatever way is best for you. Being an independent artist with such a small audience means that I don't earn anything from streaming, so purchasing items – especially digital downloads – is the only way I earn any money from the music I make.
If you'd like, you can also send Ryan a tip. Thank you so much!
All items on the store can only be shipped to UK mainland addresses, with the exception of Standard Edition vinyl records which can be purchased via ElasticStage and shipped globally.
If you live in a country other than the UK and wish to order something from the store, please send us an email with your details and we'll do our best to find a solution.
CDs: All CDs are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service and are usually dispatched within seven days of you placing your order (you will be informed of any delays should they happen).
Vinyl Records: All vinyl records on this store are manufactured on an on-demand basis by our partner, ElasticStage. This means that we don't have stock ready to go – instead, when you place an order, a brand new record is individually produced and shipped just for you.
Please note that because of this, shipping times can be lengthy (approximately 4-5 weeks). Read more for your chosen product below:
Standard Edition Vinyl: If you're purchasing a Standard Edition vinyl record, you can do so directly via our partner, ElasticStage, which offers global shipping. You'll see an estimated shipping date and pricing before placing your order and all enquiries for orders placed via ElasticStage should be sent to their support team.
Signed Edition Vinyl: When you purchase a Signed Edition vinyl record, your brand new record is individually produced and initially shipped to Ryan to be hand-signed. From there, it is shipped a second time to you via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 service (we will keep you informed of your order's progress throughout each stage). Signed vinyl records can only be shipped to addresses in the UK.
Digital Downloads: Digital downloads are sent to the email address you provide at checkout as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days. If more than a week has gone by and you still haven't received your digital downloads, please email us.
If you have an issue with your order, please send us an email and we'll do our best to resolve the problem. Please note that returns/refunds will only be considered if the item you receive arrives damaged or faulty.
As vinyl records are produced on-demand when you place an order, vinyl orders cannot be cancelled. For issues relating to vinyl records purchased directly from ElasticStage, please contact their support team; for issues relating to vinyl records purchased from this store, please email us.
Digital items cannot be returned once payment has been completed.
Refunds cannot be given for digital downloads and tips.
When browsing the Digital Download products on this store, you'll notice that we indicate the audio file formats of the songs you'll receive (usually .WAV and one of either .MP3 or .M4A).
Your purchase will include multiple formats at no extra cost to you in order to offer you the most flexibility:
.WAV: A .wav file is a 'lossless' audio format, meaning that you're receiving the highest quality audio possible, exactly as it was intended to be heard directly from the recording studio. The downsides? These files are typically larger in size than other formats, meaning they'll take up more space on your device, and you may encounter compatibility issues with certain devices.
.MP3: This is the most widely supported audio file format, ensuring compatibility with all sorts of devices, but it is 'lossy', meaning some audio quality can be lost. Still, MP3s have been a standard way of listening to music for years, and many people don't hear the difference.
.M4A: A sort of middle-ground, the .M4A is also a 'lossy' format, but manages to hold on to more audio quality and take up less space than an .MP3.
