1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an order for custom artwork ("the Artwork") through our website or any other means, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. Order Process

2.1. Upon receiving your order, we will respond within 1 to 2 days to confirm the details of the Artwork.

2.2. You will have the opportunity to discuss the specifics of the Artwork with our team during the confirmation phase.

2.3. The estimated completion time for the Artwork is 1 to 2 weeks, depending on complexity and demand.

3. Shipping

3.1. There is no shipping fee for addresses within the United States.

3.2. For international orders, an additional shipping fee will apply. The amount will be communicated to you during the confirmation phase.

4. Payment

4.1. Payment for the Artwork is made through Venmo.

4.2. You will receive an invoice via email for the agreed-upon amount.

4.3. The Artwork will begin once payment is received and confirmed.

5. Artwork Approval

5.1. After completion of the Artwork, we will send you a preview for your approval via email.

5.2. You have the right to request reasonable modifications or adjustments to the Artwork during this phase.

5.3. Once the Artwork meets your satisfaction and approval, we will proceed with finalizing the piece.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

6.1. Due to the personalized and custom nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once work on the Artwork has commenced.

6.2. In the event of a cancellation before the Artwork has started, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus any applicable processing fees.

7. Ownership and Copyright

7.1. The Artwork remains the intellectual property of the artist until full payment is received.

7.2. Upon full payment, you will own the physical Artwork but not the copyright. The artist retains the copyright, allowing them to use images of the Artwork for promotional purposes.

8. Privacy

8.1. We respect your privacy and will only use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Our liability for any claims arising from this service is limited to the total amount paid for the Artwork.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

10.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on our website.
