Ryan James Sheehan is working on his Undergraduate degree in History with a specialization in Legal History and a minor in Classics while simultaneously pursuing his Graduate degree in European History.
Besides these degree specializations, Mr.Sheehan has studied Greek and Latin. He has also completed a FLAS fellowship in Polish, finishing at a B1 level, and is currently working on a second FLAS fellowship in Polish. Sheehan is currently researching the development of early Anglo-Saxon law codes and their connection to contemporary legal transplant theory. He hopes to research the legal theory of the Polish Renaissance in the future.
Alongside these Academic pursuits, Ryan James Sheehan is the Vice President of UF's Orthodox Christian Fellowship and is also a fellow at the Hamilton Center. He has also been concurrently running a leather-working atelier for the past 3 years where he makes and sells handmade leather products at a small scale.
