Rules that all participants must accept, and follow are as follows:

1. Apart from these rules of the event, there will be regulations for both competition and registration.

2. As organizers, we will not be responsible for any damages in these cases below:

a. Any injuries or accidents during the event. (However, we have prepared a team of doctors, nurses and volunteers to facilitate in emergency circumstances.)

b. Any loss or damage of your belongings.

c. The delay of the competition due to uncontrollable incidents.

3. To ensure the safety of this event, we will optimally manage the competition area.

4. Runners must obey these rules; otherwise will be eliminated from this competition.

5. Runners need to check the announcements provided by the team organizer before and after the competition.

6. Photographs, videos, voice records, statements, and ranges of the winners are the copyright by the organizers and might be published by newspapers, the internet, television, magazines, etc. The competitors are allowed to use these photos, videos or voice recording of themselves without our permission. The organizers do not allow any photos and videos of this event or competition to be used for commercial purposes.

7. Our team is concerned about the privacy and safety of the personal data of all the applicants, and will manage these issues as follows:

Applicants who violates any rules, laws or any orders by the organization will be disqualified for the competition.

1. Runners must arrive at the starting point prior to the release time of your own competition type.

2. Runners must arrive at the starting point according to you own groups by the time assigned when you applied.

3. Competitors must run with the same set that has launched, and those leaving the starting point 15 minutes after the release time will be considered as the wrong type of the competition and will be disqualified.

4. Competitors must have their race number clearly visible on their chests. All runners with no number are not allowed to pass either starting point and finish line.

5. The runners must run on paths the organization decided (following the arrows, ribbons, any labels or signals showing the way). No shortcuts.

6. Helping other runners is only allowed at the breaking point. Followers are not allowed to help the runners during the competition.

7. Do not wear any outfits or gadgets that could be harmful for other runners.

8. Do not dress inappropriately in a way could cause any inconveniences to other runners or audience; for instance, impoliteness, nudity, political-related comments, a lack of respect to religious beliefs, any advertisements or propagandas, etc.

9. Any materials or noises that might cause confusion to other competitors are prohibited.

10. Actions that might cause a delay of this event or obstruct the finish line are all prohibited.

11. Runners must give way for the vehicles or the emergency staff.

12. Runners must comply to the suggestions given by the facilitators or the organization strictly.

13. Any competitors that receive any awards in any categories must bring their own ID card or any cards launched officially by the government with both your ID number and picture or passport for receiving awards within the time stated. Otherwise they will be considered as unable to present themselves and will be disqualified for the received the award.

14. Other regulations which are not identified in here will follow the Athletic Association of Thailand Patron: His Majesty the King.

15. The decision of the referee is final.

I confirm that these statements herein are real. I have a fully functional body and I am able to apply in the category that I have chosen. I will follow these rules completely and will not request any compensation if anything happens to me either before or during the competition. Furthermore, I am willing to show my proof of identity to the organization and allow the organization to capture and record video for recording the competition and I acknowledge this video as copyright for the organization. In case this event must be canceled wholly or partially due to any incident beyond organization’s capability, either by nature or any others, I understand and accept that there will be no refund.
