Google Classroom 101: Tips for Parents

TK - 2nd

• Your teacher will invite you to join their Google classroom either via email or a class code.

• Your teacher will share the single student log on for their site - this is used so that you don't have to share your email with your child.

• Messages, announcements, and assignments will be posted on Google Classroom on a daily basis.

• Assignments cannot be turned in through Google Classroom - your child's teacher will let you know how to turn in work.

3rd - 5th

• Your student will use their own school email address to log onto their classroom site.

• Assignments can be turned in on Google Classroom.

6th - 8th

• Your child is already a Google Classroom expert!
