Scott Hurley

I have been flying R/C planes since 2000. My early years in the hobby were with the Suburban R/C Barnstormers flying at Pratt Wayne Woods near St. Charles, IL. My brother and I started a hobby business called Plastic Concept Models building planes out of sign plastic (coroplast).  Later a fellow club memberand I started another small business called Dream It R/c. We offered kits an ARFS built of depron foam. We developed several kits including an eagle, Snoopy Doghouse, rocket and a surfer. Hard to compete with China, so we ended the partnership. My brother and I continued selling kits for a period of time. Fast forward I moved to Pecatonica and joined this awesome club. My main interests are in creating unusual aircraft and EDF jets. If you see someone mowing the field, it might be me.
