The National Police Cadet Corps (NPCC) is a youth uniformed group in Singapore. Established in 1959, the NPCC is supported by the Ministry of Education and the Singapore Police Force. RVNP was set up in 1961 and is part of area 17. You can follow our instagram @rv.npcc!
