Class definitions/rules:
Small run plastic: for this show it is defined as runs of less than or equal to 350, this includes Breyer, Stone and DAH stone, ooak, tests, prize models, early collector club appreciation glossies where the run# of 200 is known, connoisseur models, web specials etc of 350 or less
Large Run Plastic: Runs of 351 or more, This would include things like premier club, Breyerfest special runs , Mid year/brick and mortar, CCA models of recent years with higher/unknown run numbers , regular runs etc, anything where the total run is 351 or higher (Even if gamblers choice or split by color, finish, or hair styles, micro runs etc - if the total of the whole run is over 350 and you have equal chance as anyone to get any version)
Collectability: OF plastic and OF China will be double judged, to have your horse considered for collectability it MUST have documentation. No documentation means it will only be judged in breed.
OF decorators/unrealistic/fantasy : models show in the fantasy deco classes only, not in breed, yellow cards only- see fantasy rules**
CM/AR unrealistic/decorator/Fantasy: models show in the fantasy deco classes only, not in breed, yellow cards only- see fantasy rules**
Foals: if there are separate classes for foals then they only show there, if the division does not have separate foal classes then they show in their respective breed class with adult models
Mini/Non Mini: For this show mini is defined as LB/Pebbles/Paddock Pal/Venti or smaller, Non mini is Classic or bigger (currently only applies to of plastic fantasy /deco division), All other divisions are all sizes combined
Documentation: encouraged for breed classes but must be 8 1/2 x 11 or smaller, no large books. Required for collectability.
Class Limits: Limited to 3 models per class in breed/collectability/Workmanship classes with the exception of medallion classes which are unlimited. Have more than 3 for a class? Extra entries can be purchased for $1 each model. Place the $1 with the model on the show table during its class.
Rings: I plan to have room at the end of each ring for callbacks, any model getting a first or second in their class should be moved as instructed on show day to the designated area.
No footing in halter unless the model needs a base to stand. Tippy models may be laid down on bubble wrap or cloth. Doing so gives the judge implicit permission to pick the model up to evaluate the other side.
No tack unless molded on.
Show Rules:
Tags should have breed and gender on one side, horse name and your initials on the other side. Place the side with the breed and gender up when initially placing the model on the show table.
Classes will be placed 1 - 6, recoded results will include 1-3
Show is open to all sizes, material and brands of models. All sizes show together, there is not a separate mini division with the exception of splits in OF fantasy/deco
Not sure where to put that breed, use this official NAN breed list here, This is what we will go by on show day. Do your homework ahead of time as some breeds have been moved around! If you ask you will be pointed to this list.
NAN Information:

A judge may not judge models owned by relatives of the judge, as defined in paragraph above. A judge may not judge any models owned by any individual who co-owns one or more models with that judge.

Creatures that have partial human anatomy or anatomy similar to humans, are not allowed even if they are more than 50% equine.b. OF models will be judged based on collectibility criteria already outlined on the NAMHSA website and in the NAN packet.c. CM/AR entries will be judged based on artistry of the sculpture, lack of prepping and painting flaws, overall presentation and believability of the creature's biomechanics
