At the main entrance, kindly inform the security personnel that you are a guest of Unit F-14G-2. They will assist you with entry into the premises.
2. Proceed to Tower F Lobby:
After passing through security, go straight to the Tower F Lobby. Clear signage is available throughout the property to guide you to the correct tower.
3. Meet the Room In-Charge:
The designated room in-charge will meet you directly at the Tower F Lobby at your scheduled arrival time.
She will assist you with the check-in process and hand over the room keys.
If you experience any delays or changes in your arrival time, please notify us in advance so we can coordinate accordingly.

Luggage Assistance: If you require help with your luggage, feel free to ask the lobby staff or the room in-charge for assistance.
Contact Information: Ensure you have the contact details of the host or room in-charge saved on your phone for easy communication upon arrival.
