My name is Emma Rutter, and I am a double major in Neuroscience and Theater Arts with an emphasis in Dance at Santa Clara University. I plan on graduating in June 2023. I hope to pursue a career in rehabilitation medicine possibly in the fields of occupational or physical therapy. Throughout my experiences in dance, I have seen the effects of movement on brain health. I am interested in exploring this connection through a neurobiological lens.
