• Virtual Assistance
— I've worked with US-based realtors and provided assistance in establishing their social media presence as well as with general real estate tasks like lead generation, data scraping, research, investment packet creation, and proposals for investors. I've also worked as an assistant project manager for a Singapore-based virtual events services company.
• Administrative Assistance
— 2 years of administrative experience in a purchasing and billing department where I learned data entry, research, file management, report presentation, and Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Customer Service
— 4 years in the BPO industry gave me the skills to maintain KPIs at a good level while delivering great results promptly. Been in travel and a clothing account, handling inbound calls and emails. This experience helped me improve how I talk to people, how I handle calls, and how I solve problems to make sure customers are happy.
• E-Commerce
— I've been doing online marketing and selling since college to help support my education financially. I have a passion for making handmade crafts, so I engaged in e-commerce and made myself familiar with all the online platforms where I can offer my products. This improves my independence because I have to learn things on my own by watching YouTube tutorials and enrolling in free online courses.
• Social Media Management
— This has always been a part of my e-commerce experience since most of the buyers are available on social media. I created online accounts for my micro-business with Facebook, Facebook Pages, Instagram, Youtube, Carousell (previously OLX), Shopee, and Lazada, and built my own Shopify store from scratch (only with a free trial because I don't have enough funds to maintain the website). I was also able to learn how to set up a chatbot (using ManyChat) and run Facebook ads for my page.
• Graphic Design
— Part of social media management is content creation, so I learned how to do graphic design. I've been using Canva for editing photos, photo collages, logos, and even short video presentations. I've also used CapCut and Kapwing for basic video editing like adding music, trimming, and adding subtitles.
• Accounting
— I'm a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. Though I took a different line of work after graduating college and didn't pursue accounting jobs, I am familiar with the basics of accounting and can do light bookkeeping.
