Rustox is a Free and Open community.

The community believes in diversity of religion and gender.

We respect all religions and gender.

What is not acceptable :

• Sexual harrasment against any gender.
• Usage of abusive language
• Disrepecting any individual on the basis of his/her caste, race, colour, creed or gender.
• Dishonesty in the community
• Spreading rumors (about the community or any other indivuidual of the community)
• Violence in any form (verbal or physical)
• Teasing or Ragging or Bullying any individual of any gender.

What is acceptable and expected:

• Honesty, unbiased behavior
• Respect towards all the religions and gender
• A non-violence free environment
• Workplace ethics and manners
• Discipline
• Commitment towards the commuity
• Communication

NOTE: Any complaint by any individual against any individual will be considered and action taken immediately. If the recepient individual decides to take actions by himself/herself, in the form of filing a complaint with the police is acceptable and legal.
