Age Limits: Minimum age is 13 years old. 13-15 year olds must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a written parent authorization. 16-18 years olds must have a written authorization.
Work Details: You will be on your feet a lot, assist in preparing and serving meals for clients. This includes chopping and peeling vegetables, preparing plates as clients enter the facility, and other kitchen-related duties.
Special Instructions: Volunteers are expected to carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Please don't chew gum and don't lick your fingers. No cell phones. Avoid touching your face with your hands. Wash your hands frequently.
Dress: Dress is casual. No ripped or stained clothing. No clothing with offensive language or displays of alcohol/tobacco. Wear comfortable shoes with socks (required). No exposed midriff/tops or sleeveless shirts. No open toed or open heeled shoes. Don't wear excessively short, tight or revealing clothing.
