1. DEFINITIONS
"Oculus/Meta ID": A string that uniquely and consistently identifies a specific Oculus/Meta account.
"IP address" and "IP": Unique string of characters that your device uses to send Internet Protocols.
"headset": The device you are running the game on.
"I," "we," "us," "our," "XAPETO STUDIOS," or "Rush Tag": The developer(s).
"services," "game": Games/services developed and published by Rush Tag.
2. DATA COLLECTION
A. Oculus/Meta ID
Your Oculus/Meta ID is collected by PlayFab to log into your PlayFab/Rush Tag game account.
B. IP Address
Your IP address is stored with your PlayFab/Rush Tag account and may be used for moderation purposes, such as enforcing IP bans.
C. Meta Platform Data
If you access the game through Meta platforms, Meta may share certain data with us, including your Oculus/Meta ID and age group. We use this information to provide the appropriate experience based on your age group and to ensure compliance with Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy. We do not retain age category data beyond what is necessary to enforce age-appropriate access controls.
D. Removal of PlayFab/Rush Tag Account
If you wish to delete your account and all data associated with it, you may contact us as described in Section 7 below.
3. USE OF DATA
We use your information to provide and improve our services and for administrative and moderation purposes, as outlined below.
A. IP Address
As stated in Section 2B, your IP address is used only for moderation purposes such as IP bans.
B. Third-Party Services
We integrate with third-party services but are not responsible for their independent data practices. Please review their privacy policies for more information:

4. CHILDREN’S INFORMATION
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or any other minimum age required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. In addition, Meta’s platform prohibits any user under age 10 from accessing the Services, and we strictly enforce this policy.
If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law or Meta’s platform policies, we will delete such information promptly and either terminate the child’s account or revert it to an age-appropriate experience, as applicable.
If you are a parent or guardian and wish to review, modify, or delete information we have collected from your child, you may contact us as described in Section 7.
If the User Age Group API indicates that a user is under 13, access to our services will be restricted, and the user will be prevented from participating in gameplay.
5. AGE GROUP SELF-CERTIFICATION
In accordance with Meta’s Developer Data Use Policy and Age Group Self-Certification requirements, we use the User Age Group API to determine the age category of our users.
Age Categories:
Under 10 years old: Access is prohibited. Users under 10 are not allowed on the Meta Horizon platform and cannot access our Services under any circumstances.
Minors (10–12 years old): Access is restricted; gameplay is not permitted.
Teens (13–17 years old): Users receive a modified experience with limited data collection and restricted functionality where necessary.
Adults (18+): Users have full access to the game’s features in accordance with our standard policies.
These measures ensure that we comply with Meta’s platform requirements and applicable privacy laws.
6. OTHER PROVISIONS
Third-Party Websites/Applications
The Services may contain links to other websites or applications, and other websites or applications may reference or link to our Services. These third-party services are not controlled by us, and providing personal information to them is at your own risk. We encourage users to review the privacy policies of every third-party service they interact with.
Supervisory Authority
If you are located in the European Economic Area, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, or Brazil, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal information violates applicable law.
Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time at our sole discretion. If there are material changes, we will notify users as required by applicable law. Continued use of our Services after the new Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
