Strengthen your community while building a career in healthcare and social services. This hands-on program prepares you for real jobs helping families across the Lower Shore access the support they need.

Pre-Apprentices will gain skills and experience through our two-phase training, including:
(6 Weeks)
Training in Intensive skill-building in community navigation, digital literacy, and ethical AI use.
(8 Weeks)
Paid, supervised fieldwork that gives you the opportunity to apply newly developed skills.
$20/hour training stipend throughout the program.
$400 transportation and uniform stipend.
Certificate of completion.
Pathway to apprenticeship programs and employment.
Must be documented and work-authorized (for immigrants/new Americans).
Maryland Resident.
Preference for those with lived experience navigating healthcare/social services.
