Student Leadership

Student leadership is a central part of my classroom structure. Students take on active roles as team leaders and Game Masters (GMs), guiding group work, facilitating discussions, and helping manage collaborative activities. This approach builds confidence, accountability, and communication skills while creating a classroom environment where students support one another and take ownership of their learning.
