1. 50% payment is required in advance for booking.

2. Full Payment Clearance mandatory during Soft Copy delivery...

3. Booking Money is Non-Refundable due to the Cancellation of the Events by the clients.

4. It may take around 30 working days to deliver the Photos and Cinematography.

5. Out of Ctg City purpose client should provide Transport & Accommodation

6. Photographer may use photos in Facebook / website or others for his promotion/advertisement.

7. If the photographer cannot use the photos facebook / wedsite or others for his promotion. Then you have to pay 10% of the amount you have booked the event.

8. If any changes or corrections are needed, the client must inform us within 3 days of delivery. Changes or corrections can be done only once after the final edit.

9. If photos or videos are accidentally lost due to unwanted occurrences (like- Electrical short-circuits, fire, theft, hijacking, etc), please understand that we cannot provide refunds or incur fines. It's a matter to be considered with ethical understanding.

10. We do not store photos after delivery. The client has to back up his photo/video on his own. We can not deliver the photo/video twice.
