One of the biggest questions we all ask at some point is: What is the purpose of life?
For me, the answer I’ve come to believe in is simple, yet powerful—finding happiness.
Life throws a lot at us. Problems, sadness, and moments where everything feels stagnant or meaningless. But there’s another way to look at it. What if these challenges weren’t just roadblocks, but clues? What if life is more like an adventure, where each problem is a puzzle to solve?
To crack these puzzles, we often have to push ourselves. We have to do hard things—learn, grow, face discomfort. It’s tough. At times, it can make you feel like life is just too much. But if you keep going, something shifts. You begin to experience small wins, moments of growth, and eventually—fulfillment. That fulfillment is happiness.
So to me, the purpose of life is to do hard things. Because through them, we unlock the best parts of being alive.
And as we walk this path, we should also notice and appreciate others who are on their own journeys, doing hard things, solving their own problems. That shared struggle connects us—it makes life feel like a game we’re all playing together.
And what’s life, if not a great adventure? And adventure… always attracts.
