THIS PRIVACY POLICY (“Policy”) has been drafted in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable security practices and procedures and sensitive personal data or information) Rules, 2011.

It is understood that upon submission of the application form, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below and automatically consent to the collection, use, storage, analysis and manipulation of your data information in accordance with this Policy to provide you with a great customer experience. If you do not wish to be bound by these terms and conditions, you may not access or use RupeeWallet Service.

Please note that this Policy may be amended from time to time to comply with Data Privacy requirements, coverage and technology security advancements and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Agreement.

Your Consent

You hereby give your acknowledgement and consent to RupeeWallet to use your personal data for the aforesaid Purposes and Services.

You agree that your consent will remain in place until your withdrawal by officially notifying the app in writing.

Personally Identifiable Information

"Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to uniquely identify a user such as name, password, date of birth, civil status, gender, email address, telephone number, and other personal details. Some examples of information that may be collected are (but not limited to):

· Your employment and income information;

· Your bank account information;

· Any personal information you provide us in connection with any customer service communication (email, phone or other means), dispute or complaint.

You may be asked to provide personally identifiable information to meet our legal obligations, verify your identity, determine eligibility for credit, protect against fraud, and complete your transaction. We may also use the provided personal information to inform you of special loan offers, to process your loans, to provide you with our services or to conduct surveys. While RupeeWallet collects personally identifiable information on a voluntary basis for certain products and services, RupeeWallet collection of personally identifiable information may be a requirement for access to our services or to process a user's loan.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION

By using RupeeWallet’s online services, users agree that RupeeWallet collects and processes the personally identifiable information (as defined above) they have provided during any exchange with RupeeWallet.

The information include that:

· Borrower information. When customer registration is required customer identity information, job information, the nearest person who can be contacted in emergency situations and others.

· Communication information. Call history, SMS, contacts and more.

· Sensitive information. GPS, IP others.

We collect information about you in a number of ways:

· Information you provide to us through our applications;

· Information you provide through communications with us;

· Information from outside sources such as credit bureaus and financial service providers to help us with customer verification and credit-related decisions.

RupeeWallet will not share any personally identifiable information with other parties except as described in this policy and in the Applicant Consent Form signed by the customer. RupeeWallet also processes anonymous data, aggregated or not, in order to analyze and produce statistics related to the product usage patterns, and demographics of users. Such anonymous data does not allow the identification of the users to which it relates. RupeeWallet may share anonymous data, aggregated or not, with third parties.

Use of Information

Personally identifiable information is used internally by RupeeWallet to deliver, develop, and improve services, to which users have subscribed, and to answer users' requests. This may include:

· Generating your borrower profile and processing your loan application;

· Assigning you a RupeeWallet Borrower Rating;

· Implementing collection activities as needed;

· Communicating with you concerning your account and transactions;

· Addressing any disputes you may raise concerning your account;

The way of use:

· Borrower information. Customer will fill in some information that must be completed, the information is required information.

· Communication information. Based on the consent of the customer, the data reported to the server, the information will be used for anti-fraud services.

· Other information: We may collect some of your other Personal Information only after obtaining your additional explicit consent. For example, your transactional SMS information stored on your Device may be collected to analyze your ability to repay; the phone numbers you add to your contacts application may be collected for risk control purposes; and your location information (IP address, longitude and latitude information) may be collected for anti-fraud purposes.

Information we hold:

· Your name, address, phone numbers, email address, date of birth, employment，banking and financial details, contacts, location may be used to risk management，prevent Fraud and help us to provide better services to you;

· Demographic and lifestyle information;

· Information we receive when making a decision about you, your loan or application (including information collected from credit bureaus);

· Details of the loans you have and have had with us and all transactions;

· Details of when you contact us and when we contact you;

· As well as any other information which we reasonably need to operate your account, make decisions about you or fulfil our regulatory obligations.

We may keep details of any phone numbers that you call us from and use them to contact you.

References to personal information include all of the information above whether obtained from you, from a credit bureau, from the internet or from any other source.

Information we share:

· With any firm, organization or person we use to help us operate our lending business, to collect payments and recover debts or to provide a service on our behalf;

· With any firm, organization or person who provides us with products or services or who we provide products and services to;

· With any person who has told us and who we reasonably believe to be your parent, carer or helper, when proof is presented that you are unable to handle your own affairs because of mental incapacity or other similar issues;

· With any payment system we may use;

· Certain authorities in order to detect and prevent terrorism;

· With any person to whom we sell or transfer (or enter into negotiations to sell or transfer) our business or any of our rights or obligations under any agreement we may have with you. If the transfer or sale goes ahead, the transferee or purchaser may use your personal information in the same way as us;

· With regulatory agencies and government authorities, including those overseas, where we are requested by them to do so;

· With any similar organization which provides a centralized application matching service that collects information from and about mortgage and/or credit applications, for the purpose of preventing and detecting fraud. We may also provide information to third parties to help them to make decisions about whether to lend to you, allow you extended payment terms or otherwise do business with you.

PROTECTION OF CUSTOMER DATA

We respect your privacy. Personally identifiable information provided to RupeeWallet will be collected, processed and stored us in a secure database under our control. RupeeWallet has taken reasonable steps to protect the information users share with us, including, but not limited to, setup of processes, equipment and software to avoid unauthorized access or disclosure of this information.

We only permit your Customer Data to be accessed or processed by our authorized personnel who hold such information under strict confidentiality. We restrict access to information to RupeeWallet employees, contractors, and agents who need to know such information in order to process it for us, who are subject to strict contractual and technical safeguards and are accountable if they fail to meet these obligations.

We use reasonable safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of Your information against loss, theft, unauthorized access, disclosure, reproduction, use or amendment. To achieve the same, We use reasonable security practices and procedures as mandated under applicable laws for the protection of Your information. Information You provide to Us may be stored on Our secure servers located within or outside India. However, You understand and accept that there’s no guarantee that data transmission over the Internet will be completely secure and that any information that You transmit to Us is at Your own risk. We assume no liability for any disclosure of information due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access to our RupeeWallet Platform and data bases or other acts of third parties, or acts or omissions beyond Our reasonable control and You shall not be entitled to hold RupeeWallet responsible for any breach of security.

Furthermore, we only give you or your authorized representative access to your Personal Information. We do not sell your Personal Information to anyone for any purpose.

CORRECTIONS, UPDATES, AND REMOVAL OF PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

You will have a way to access or correct your Personal Data, unless there are practical, contractual and legal reasons that would prevent us from doing so. We would just need ample time to provide or correct that information for you, but rest assured it would be completed.

PHISHING

"Phishing" usually occurs when users of a website are induced by an individual/entity into divulging sensitive personal data by using fraudulent websites and/ or e-mail addresses. In the event of You providing information to a website or responding to an e-mail which does not belong to Us or is not connected with Us in any manner, You will be a victim of Phishing. We do not send e-mails requesting a user for payment information, user name or passwords. However, We may verify the user name, password etc. provided by You from time to time.

SEVERABILITY AND EXCLUSION

We have taken every effort to ensure that this Policy adheres with the applicable laws. The invalidity or unenforceability of any part of this Policy shall not prejudice or affect the validity or enforceability of the remainder of this Policy. This Policy does not apply to any information other than the information collected by Us through the RupeeWallet Platform. This Policy shall be inapplicable to any unsolicited information You provide Us through the RupeeWallet Platform or through any other means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted in any public areas of the RupeeWallet Platform. All unsolicited information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and the Company shall be free to use and/ or disclose such unsolicited information without any limitations.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. The courts at Products, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy.

NO WAIVER

The rights and remedies of available under this Policy may be exercised as often as necessary and are cumulative and not exclusive of rights or remedies provided by law. It may be waived only in writing. Delay in exercising or non-exercise of any such right or remedy does not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy, or any other right or remedy.
