PRIVACY POLICY — RUPEE SORT & MERGE
Effective date: 9/4/2026
Last updated: 9/4/2026
This Privacy Policy explains how [COMPANY NAME] ("we", "us", "our") handles
information in connection with the mobile game Rupee Sort & Merge (package name
com.solvit.rupeesort) (the "Game"), available on Google Play.
By downloading or using the Game, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree,
please do not use the Game.
1. SUMMARY
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email
address, phone number or payment details. We do not operate our own servers and
we do not receive your personal data.
The Game does two things that involve the internet:
a) It checks that your device has a working internet connection when it
starts.
b) It displays advertisements supplied by Google AdMob.
Advertising is the only part of the Game that involves the collection of data
about you, and that collection is performed by Google, not by us.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT DIRECTLY
None. We operate no backend, no analytics service, no crash reporting service
and no user accounts. No information you enter or generate is transmitted to us.
3. INFORMATION STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
The Game saves your progress locally, in your device's private app storage. This
save file contains only:
• the level you are currently on and the furthest level you have reached
• the state of the puzzle board you were part-way through
• your music and sound-effect on/off preferences
This file never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third
party, and it is not backed up to a cloud service by the Game. Uninstalling the
Game deletes it. Clearing the Game's data in Android Settings also deletes it,
and will reset your progress.
4. CONNECTION CHECK
When the Game starts, it makes a request to one or more public connectivity
endpoints operated by third parties in order to confirm that your device is
online. These endpoints are currently:
• connectivitycheck.gstatic.com (operated by Google)
• www.cloudflare.com (operated by Cloudflare, Inc.)
As with any internet request, the operator of the endpoint receives your device's
IP address and standard connection metadata. We do not receive, store or have
access to the result beyond a simple online/offline answer inside the Game. We
send no identifying information of any kind in these requests.

5. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The Game displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, a service of Google
LLC and its affiliates ("Google").
To serve, measure and improve the relevance of advertisements, Google and its
advertising partners may automatically collect and process:
• your Android Advertising ID (AAID), a resettable identifier
• device information such as device model, manufacturer, operating system
version, language and screen characteristics
• your IP address, and an approximate location derived from it (typically at
city or region level; the Game does not request GPS or precise location
permission)
• advertising interaction data, such as which ads were shown, whether an ad was
viewed or clicked, and how long it was displayed
• information used to detect invalid traffic, fraud and abuse
• network information such as connection type and mobile carrier
This information is collected by Google's advertising SDK operating inside the
Game. We do not have access to it in an identifiable form. We may receive
aggregated, non-identifying performance reports (for example, total impressions
and revenue) through the AdMob dashboard.
Google's handling of this data is governed by its own terms:

6. YOUR ADVERTISING CHOICES
You can control advertising personalisation at any time:
• On Android: open Settings > Privacy > Ads (the exact path varies by device
and Android version), then choose "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of
Ads Personalisation". Deleting the advertising ID prevents apps from using
it to build a profile about you. You will still see advertisements, but they
will be less relevant.
• Within the Game: where required by law, the Game shows a consent screen the
first time it runs and provides a way to change that choice afterwards.
Opting out of personalised advertising does not remove advertising from the
Game.
7. CONSENT, AND USERS IN THE EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA, UNITED KINGDOM AND
SWITZERLAND
If you are located in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the Game uses Google's
User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain your consent, as required by the EU
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the ePrivacy
Directive, before personalised advertising identifiers are used.
Our legal bases for processing are:
• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) — for personalised advertising and the storage of
or access to information on your device for advertising purposes.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — for non-personalised advertising,
fraud prevention, and ensuring the Game functions correctly.
You may withdraw consent at any time through the privacy settings option in the
Game. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the
processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Because we
hold no personal data ourselves, requests relating to advertising data should be
directed to Google using the links in Section 5. You may also contact us at
[SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will assist where we can. You have the right to lodge a
complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. USERS IN CALIFORNIA AND OTHER US STATES
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, and comparable
laws in other US states, you have the right to know what personal information is
collected, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or
"sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do not sell personal information for money. The use of advertising identifiers
for personalised advertising may be treated as "sharing" under these laws. You
can opt out by disabling ad personalisation using the device controls in
Section 6, or by contacting us at [SUPPORT EMAIL]. We will not discriminate
against you for exercising these rights.
9. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Game is rated for a general audience and is not directed to children under
the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a
child has provided personal information through the Game, please contact us at
[SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will take appropriate steps to have it deleted.
[IF YOU OPT IN TO THE PLAY "DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES" PROGRAMME, OR SET YOUR TARGET
AUDIENCE TO INCLUDE UNDER-13 USERS, REPLACE THIS SECTION WITH A COPPA-COMPLIANT
DISCLOSURE AND CONFIGURE ADMOB FOR CHILD-DIRECTED TREATMENT. SEE THE NOTE BELOW
THIS POLICY.]
10. DATA RETENTION
We retain no personal data, because we collect none. Progress data remains on
your device until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Data collected by Google
for advertising is retained in accordance with Google's own retention policies.
11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Google operates globally and may process advertising data in countries other than
your own, including the United States. Google implements safeguards for such
transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where
applicable. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
12. SECURITY
Progress data is held in your device's private application storage, protected by
the Android operating system's app sandbox. No transmission or storage method is
completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Advertisements may link to third-party websites or app store pages that we do not
control. This Policy does not apply to those destinations. Please review their
privacy policies before providing any information.
14. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected
by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where required by law,
by notice within the Game. Continued use of the Game after an update constitutes
acceptance of the revised Policy.
