I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Statistics at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). I am also affiliated with the Personalized Nutrition Initiative at UIUC. Previously, I was an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Davis, and a Neyman Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. 

I received my Ph.D. in Statistics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2021, where I was fortunate to be advised by Paul Rosenbaum. I obtained my B.S. in Statistics from the University of Toronto in 2016. 

My research primarily focuses on causal inference in observational studies, with applications in public policy, health sciences, and social sciences.
