Effective Date: September 9, 2026
PokPok collects nothing. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind. The game has no servers of its own, and nothing you do in it is transmitted to us. We could not identify you if we tried.
PokPok is developed and published by Run Out Zone LLC. If you have any question about this policy, email us at info@runoutzone.com
None. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or any device or advertising identifier. The game has no sign-up, no login, and no way to submit text, images, or any other content to us or to other players.
PokPok is a local two-player game. Both players share one device, so there is no network matchmaking, no chat, and no player profile.
The game saves your progress and preferences on your own device, using the operating system's standard app storage (Android SharedPreferences, iOS NSUserDefaults). That includes:
Game settings — sound, haptics, ball size and speed, dark mode, control layout.
Cosmetic progress — which ball skins, tails, paddles, and colors you have unlocked, and your saved custom ball designs.
Play time — total and per-day time played, used only to award the in-game Daily Bonus.
A record of which in-app purchases you own, so your content stays unlocked.
This data never leaves your device. We cannot read it, and it is not backed up to us. Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all of it.
PokPok sells one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases that unlock cosmetic content. Purchases are handled entirely by the platform's own store — Google Play Billing on Android, Apple's StoreKit on iOS.
We never see or store your payment card, billing address, or any other payment detail. The app only asks the store a single question — "does this account own this product?" — and unlocks the matching content. There is no third-party payment, subscription, or analytics service involved.
Your purchase itself is processed and recorded by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies:
Google Play: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To restore purchases on a new device or after reinstalling, use the Restore Purchases option in the game; it asks the platform store, not us.
PokPok contains no advertisements and no advertising SDK of any kind. It does not request or use an advertising identifier — on Android the AD_ID permission is explicitly removed from the app, and on iOS the app does not use App Tracking Transparency or SKAdNetwork, because it has nothing to track.
We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase, Crashlytics, or any other analytics, attribution, or crash-reporting service. We receive no usage statistics, no session data, and no crash reports.
Vibrate — haptic feedback during play. Can be turned off in Settings.
Internet / network state — used only so the platform's store can verify and restore your in-app purchases. The game itself is fully playable offline.
The app never requests access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or files.
The game includes a "share" option that opens your device's own share sheet with a link to the app's store page. You choose whether to send it and to whom; the app does not access your contacts and does not tell us that you shared anything.
PokPok is suitable for players of all ages, and it is safe for children by design: it collects no personal information from anyone, shows no ads, uses no analytics, and has no chat or other social features.
Because we collect no personal information at all, we collect none from children — including children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and UK). We do not knowingly collect such information, and we have nothing to profile, target, or sell.
If you are a parent or guardian and have a question about this, please contact us at RunOutZone@gmail.com.
We do not collect, store, process, or transmit personal data, so there is no personal data for us to give you, correct, or erase. In particular:
We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have. There is no "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism because there is nothing to opt out of.
Access, correction, portability, and erasure — we hold no personal data about you. Everything the game saves is on your own device and under your control; uninstalling the app erases it completely.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place.
Purchase records are held by Google or Apple, not by us. To exercise rights over those records, contact Google or Apple directly using the policies linked in Section 5.
If you believe we hold data about you, email RunOutZone@gmail.com and we will respond.
We retain nothing, so there is nothing for us to secure or to lose in a breach. Data saved on your device is protected by your device's own operating-system sandbox and by whatever passcode or biometric lock you use.
If the app changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and change the Effective Date above. Material changes will be reflected here before the new version of the app ships.
