Who is the weekend aimed at?
This is aimed at runners who are comfortable on their feet for 2-3 hours, and able to run around 10-13km on road and / or trails. We won’t be running fast, and there will be lots of stops included. The routes take us to some of the most beautiful parts of the National Park as well as under and close to the waterfalls.
Aim
This is a guided run around the stunning waterfalls country, with pkenty of time to stop to take photos. Depending on the weather and group, we may start with a climb up to Moel Penderyn that gives great views across the area.
Itinerary
All distances and details are approximate and subject to change due to group experience and weather conditions.
Sunday 13-15km, 370m on graded trails and rocky tracks exploring the spectacular waterfall country. There will be the option to take a dip.

Enough food and drink to last the day. Aim for 200-300 calories an hour plus at least 1 litre of water. It may be possible to top up using mountain streams enroute.
