Rune & Render offers custom design and spreadsheet solutions that balance creativity and organization. I specialize in Canva designs, visual branding materials, digital templates, and data tools that make your business or workflow run smoothly.

Both! You can purchase ready-made Canva and spreadsheet templates through my online shops, or request a custom design tailored to your specific needs through the contact form. 

Simply fill out the Contact Form to request a quote or share your project idea. Once we finalize the details, I’ll send over a contract and invoice to officially begin your project. 

Turnaround time varies by project scope, but most designs and spreadsheets are completed within 1–3 weeks. You’ll receive an estimated delivery date once your project is confirmed. 

Most projects are created using Canva or Google Sheets, depending on your needs. I also design and format materials for use in Google Docs, Google Slides, and other compatible online platforms upon request. This ensures your final product works smoothly within your preferred digital workspace. 

Yes — each project includes two rounds of revisions to ensure your design or spreadsheet feels just right. Additional revisions can be added for a small fee. 

Pricing depends on the complexity and scope of the project. Custom work begins at a base rate and scales with detail. Pre-made templates are priced individually in my shop listings. For a personalized quote, please use the contact form. 

You may use custom work for your business or personal use once payment is complete. However, reselling, redistributing, or claiming designs as your own is not permitted. 

If a project is canceled after work has begun, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Refunds for completed portions of work are not available. If Rune & Render must cancel for any reason, any payment beyond the completed work will be refunded promptly.

I typically respond to emails within 2–3 business days. Larger or more detailed inquiries may take slightly longer, but I always aim to communicate clearly and promptly throughout every stage of your project. 

Project timelines depend on consistent communication. If feedback or required materials aren’t provided promptly, delivery dates may be adjusted. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions, which must be requested within seven (7) days of receiving the draft. After that period, the project will be considered closed as outlined in your contract.

If no communication is received for fourteen (14) days, the project and contract will be considered closed, and the initial deposit will be forfeited. A new agreement and deposit will be required to resume work. 

You’ll receive updates at key stages — such as concept approval, draft delivery, and revision rounds. I’ll also check in if clarification or feedback is needed, so you’re always informed about progress. 

Yes — as long as you have full rights to the file, I can update, refine, or reformat it for you. Any project that requires collaboration or hands-on customization still falls under a custom contract. 

Once your project is marked complete, any future updates or edits will be treated as a new project. I’m happy to help with revisions or expansions — just reach out via email to discuss scope and pricing. 

Yes, I can create logos, brand kits, and other visual materials in Canva that reflect your aesthetic and goals. If you already have established branding, I’ll match your existing style for consistency. 

Absolutely. I can design within your current branding or help you refine it for consistency. I’ll request any brand colors, fonts, or visual references at the start of your project to ensure everything aligns with your vision. 

At this time, I work on a per-project basis, but recurring clients can request ongoing design or spreadsheet maintenance packages. These are quoted individually based on frequency and scope. 

Yes. Final deliverables are shared in editable Canva or Google formats unless otherwise requested. You’ll be able to make your own updates after the project is complete. 

Absolutely. If you’d like coordinating designs or expanded templates in the future, I can create new pieces that complement your existing project for a cohesive look. These would be treated as a new project and require a separate contract and deposit before work begins. 

Brief usage notes are included when needed. If you’d like a walkthrough or custom guide for your design or spreadsheet, this can be added to your project for an additional fee. 

Rush requests are occasionally available depending on my current schedule. Rush fees may apply for delivery within a shorter timeframe. Please note this when you reach out so I can confirm availability. 

Please download or make a copy of your final files as soon as you receive them. Rune & Render keeps project files for up to 30 days after completion, but long-term storage isn’t guaranteed. 

No. All Rune & Render contracts are made directly with the original client and are non-transferable. If another person or business wishes to take over or use the deliverables, a new contract will need to be created with their information. 

That’s completely fine! If you’re unsure where to start, you can email me before filling out a contract. I’ll help you clarify your goals and recommend the best format, whether that’s a custom design, spreadsheet, or Canva layout. 

I strive for satisfaction through clear communication and two included revision rounds. If concerns arise, please share them during the revision period so I can make adjustments. Refunds are not available once work has begun, but I’ll always make every reasonable effort to ensure you’re pleased with the final result. 

Once your contract is submitted, I’ll review your details and follow up within 2–3 business days to confirm your project, send your invoice, and outline the next steps. Work will begin once the initial deposit is received and any necessary materials have been provided.
